About Mystery & Mayhem

Mystery & Mayhem is your premier source for murder mystery parties and performance events.

For almost thirty-five years, Mystery & Mayhem has been thrilling partygoers with our distinctive style of creative entertainment for kids of all ages. Although we offer unique treasure hunts, Harry Potter magic, and acting parties for children beginning at age five, we are best known for our thrilling, totally interactive mysteries which are appropriate for ages 8 – 25.

Our company has entertained at over 2500 events (our clients include the children of Geraldo Rivera, Edgar Bronfman, Debra Messing, and Michael J. Fox and Tracey Pollan) and we offer everyone of our clients individualized attention which ensures that every event we produce is just as unique and exciting as it is unforgettable.

Judy Rosenblatt

The mistress of Mystery & Mayhem is Judy Rosenblatt, a professional actress and educator whose career includes the NY and London stage as well as film and television.

She pleads guilty to a BFA from Cornell University and a MA in Educational Psychology (with a specialty in Learning Disabilities) from NYU. She trained for the stage at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London and has studied with theatre legends Joseph Balfior, Uta Hagen, William Esper and Sanford Meisner. She has both studied and worked with Pulitzer Prize winning actor, playwright, director Austin Pendleton. Judy has taught in JHS, H.S and College, led acting workshops in the schools for Theatreworks/USA and the 92nd St. Y.

She continues to adore combining her love of acting and children and providing meaningful experiences and cherished memories for kids, teens, tweens and young adults.
